Pornstar Martini

Equipment

  • 1 cocktail shaker

Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces vanilla vodka (see note on sourcing ingredients)
  • .5 ounce Chinola or other passionfruit liqueur
  • 1 ounce passionfruit puree
  • .5 ounce lime juice
  • .5 ounce vanilla syrup (see note on sourcing ingredients)
  • 2 ounces chilled Prosecco as a sidecar
  • 1 slice starfruit as garnish optional

Instructions

  • Chill the coupe glass in the freezer.
  • Add all ingredients to the shaker except the prosecco.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
  • Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  • Use a square of frozen passionfruit puree as an ice cube to keep the drink chilled. Garnish with a starfruit.
  • Serve with 2 ounces of sparkling apple juice in a separate shot glass to be poured into the couple glass before drinking.
