Goat Milk Frozen Yogurt
Goat milk gives frozen yogurt an extra special tang, but it's enhanced and sweetened with honey and walnuts.

- 16 oz plain goat milk yogurt
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup water
- 1 tbsp light corn syrup
- ¼ tsp lemon juice
- ⅛ tsp salt
- honey
- walnuts
Bring the sugar and water to a boil. Whisk until sugar dissolves. Set aside to cool completely, or put in a container in the fridge to cool.
Once the simple syrup is cooled, mix the simple syrup, corn syrup, yogurt, lemon juice, and salt together in a large bowl until thoroughly combined.
Pour into prepared ice cream maker and let it process per manufacturer's instructions until it's a frozen yogurt consistency.
Decant into plastic containers and freeze overnight.
To serve, top with a drizzle of honey and sprinkle of walnuts as desired.
