Jessica's Blue Cheese Dip

Zesty blue cheese dip makes crackers and vegetables taste all the better.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 8 oz. Neufatchel or cream cheese softened
  • 7 oz. blue cheese (I used Gorgonzola)
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • 3 green onions chopped
  • ¼ tsp celery salt

Instructions

  • Mix the sour cream, cream cheese, and blue cheese together in a large bowl. 
  • Once thoroughly combined, add in the walnuts, green onion, and celery salt. Give the mix another few stirs to combine.
  • Cover and chill in the fridge for at least an hour. 
  • Serve chilled with rosemary and raisin crisps or other crackers.
