Trina's Pimento Cheese
Try this really strange version of pimento cheese that originated from Charleston and includes a special ingredient you would never expect.

- 1 ½ tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 4 ounce jar chopped pimientos drained
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- 12 cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Durkee sauce
- 3 tbsp Grand Marnier liqueur
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 pound sharp Cheddar cheese grated
Combine all ingredients except the cheese in a large mixing bowl.
Add the cheese and mix until well blended. Refrigerate overnight.
Serve with crackers, slices of French bread, or as a stuffing for celery stalks.
