This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of FreshJax Organic Spices. All opinions are my own. Thanks for supporting the brands that support this blog!

June really crept up on us, didn't it? It did to me too, which is why Amazon is the best way that I am going to be able to get Father's Day gifts rolling this year. No shame, right? One of my options right now is one of these really cool spice gift sets from FreshJax Organic Spices, playing right into the trope that DADS GRILL. But it's a stereotype for a reason because dads do love to grill. Whether yours is a charcoal purist, or just wants a nice char on his meats, if your dad too, likes to grill, he will need a few spices to liven up his grate game this summer.

FreshJax is, as you might imagine, made fresh in Jacksonville, Florida. They are unique in that they don't have anti-caking agents, MSG, fillers, or artificial junk. I'm torn between their grilling spices set and the smoked spices set.

Grilling spices includes a burger seasoning that folds in black pepper, paprika, and even a little dill to give your burger zip from the inside out.

The smokey Southwest seasoning heats up whatever you rub it on or shake it into from chili to taco meats (maybe this is how you make meatless crumbles finally taste decent?!). Or perhaps the peppered habanero is the level you want to take it up to?

For the fishing and grilling dad, the citrus pepper blend is going to be his new grill buddy, unless the Fresh Bay seasoning that recalls an older bay is more his style, if you know what I mean.

The smoked spices set though, is more for your dad who likes to try bold new flavors.

This one also includes the Smokey Southwest blend and burger seasoning, but also introduces some delightful new tastes. Smokey sea salt amps up the smoke taste that make people love grilled foods so much.

More intriguing though are the mesquite lime seasoned sea salt and the smoked cherrywood sea salt. These would be great in uses even other than grilling, like as a margarita salt rim, or lightly sprinkled over a grain salad.

My dad is more of a traditional eater and isn't big on new or unusual flavors (don't believe the things he tells you about what I've done to him involving tofu chocolate pudding) so he's a grilling spices set kind of dad. I hope yours is into the smoked spices because those are super tasty too. Cherrywood smoked sea salt? Yes please!

Beyond Father's Day, these spice sets would be great to keep around the house as last minute hostess gifts. Spices keep for up to four years, especially when sealed up tight, so you can use these throughout the year for last minute party invites, pool parties, or shower gifts. It seems like everyone has a wedding or shower (or four) to attend each summer! I know I'm going to keep a set around, so how about invite me over for a pool party or to stay at your beach house for a weekend this summer? You'll definitely get a set of these spices if it's the latter.
