Another summer month whooshed by! I had an emotionally tumultuous month as it relates to deciding what I want to be when I grow up. I've decided to give myself a break from thinking about it and just focus that energy on continuing to grow this space, and my Instagram. It sounds silly, but this is what brings me the most joy, and we all need joy in our lives more than ever now. Let's do this July roundup though! July Home Updates
No real home updates because we are saving vigorously for a bathroom redo! Since there are lots of backordered materials, I am looking now at what I want and need so it can be ordered ahead of time. This kind of time leeway will also allow me to search for the best deals. Also, to be a little bit of a downer about it, if the COVID rate keeps going up like it is... staying home and not spending money will continue to be fairly easy. Get vaccinated if you haven't. If you haven't, why not? Tell me in the comments.
July Fun
I tried to plan a few day trips to the beach but the summer storms kept me home. I'm hoping for a slightly dryer August, at least enough for me to hit the beach on a weekday once or twice! It really feels like this year slid away from us, once again. I don't want to go into another cold, dark winter without any beautiful memories from the sunny days to carry me through.
