Cafe Con Leché
Spice up your morning coffee by making it a café con leche, spiked with a cinnamon brown sugar syrup, ice, and a glug of milk.

- 1 cup water
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- coffee

Prepare the coffee in your preferred method and let cool.
Prepare the syrup by bringing the water, brown sugar, and cinnamon to a boil. Remove from heat as soon as it boils.
Set aside to cool.
To make, put 1-2 tablespoons of syrup in the bottom of a pint glass. Pour in the coffee, but leave room for ice and milk.
Add enough ice to almost fill the glass, then top with milk.
Keep the remaining syrup in the fridge for future café con leches.
