Air Fryer Mixed Vegetables

- ½ white onion sliced into thin strips
- 1 zucchini cut into half moons
- 1 bell pepper cut into thin strips
- baby carrots cut in half lengthwise
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- snow peas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon flavored salt
Chop all of the vegetables and collect in a large mixing bowl. The vegetables can be any combination of the above, up to five cups depending on your air fryer's size. Drizzle with the tablespoon of oil and use a large spoon to stir so all of the vegetables are lightly coated.
Set the air fryer to 400 F, and preheat for three minutes.
Add the vegetables to the air fryer and set for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, stir, and air fry for 3 more minutes if you want extra crispness or char on the vegetables.
Remove from the air fryer and place back in the mixing bowl. Add the flavored salt and stir to evenly distribute the salt. Serve immediately.
