Strawberry Honey Popsicles

Sweeten up your strawberry harvest with local honey, and freeze them to enjoy fresh strawberries as popsicles all summer long!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups hulled strawberries
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ cup local honey
  • popsicle molds

Instructions

  • Puree all of the ingredients together in a blender.
  • Pour into the popsicle molds. Insert popsicle sticks. 
  • Freeze for a few hours or overnight. 
  • Run water over the lower half of the mold for a few seconds to loosen if needed.
