Spicy Harissa Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of frozen Ore-Ida fries your choice of shape (I like crinkle cut myself)
  • ½ cup whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp harissa adjust to taste as needed

Instructions

  • Bake the fries according to package directions.
  • Mix up the yogurt and harissa. You may want to start with a half tablespoon of harissa, taste, and adjust accordingly. I found that this ratio gave spice and flavor but didn’t leave me desperately glugging down water to wash away the heat.
  • Dip the finished fries into the sauce and that’s it!
