Spicy Harissa Fries

- 1 bag of frozen Ore-Ida fries your choice of shape (I like crinkle cut myself)
- ½ cup whole milk Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp harissa adjust to taste as needed
Bake the fries according to package directions.
Mix up the yogurt and harissa. You may want to start with a half tablespoon of harissa, taste, and adjust accordingly. I found that this ratio gave spice and flavor but didn’t leave me desperately glugging down water to wash away the heat.
Dip the finished fries into the sauce and that’s it!
