RILF Week 3

This week’s recipe is in honor of the two gallon sized Ziploc bags of blueberries that I was lucky enough to get to pick last weekend at Berry Hills Farms in Lexington for a sporadic one week re-opening after heat and hail destroyed most of their crop early in the season! This blueberry and banana greek yogurt smoothie from Just A Little Organic looks like the perfect protein filled vehicle for getting more bluebs from the freezer and into my mouth. Let’s just go ahead and call this the smoothie of the week since thinking of new combinations every morning gets a little overwhelming… and sometimes weird.
