Vegetables are coming back with a vengeance, as evidenced by all of these awesome photos I’ve been taken of veggie eats lately.

Went on to become this amazing grilled vegetables over brown rice concoction. Try the marinade recipe I used here. I omitted savory (because I don’t know what it is, therefore don’t have any!). Still tasted so good. The onion, zucchini and squash used were from Picnkney’s Produce and were just so perfect.

Just onions and yellow squash sauteed in olive oil with salt and pepper to taste, and Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top for a veggie burger side that rivals French fries. Seriously. This coming from lover of all things potato. Try some immediately. My CSA basket needs be full o’ yellow squash come Wednesday!

I’m sure everyone’s seen the Pinterest pin going around about growing celery from the stump(?) end, so upon coming to the end of one Sunday night, my first thought was, “Well, why not?”
