I have entered this into the Vegetarian Times Lucky 7 Recipe Contest. I love the idea because they’re right, when I look at a recipe and see a laundry list of ingredients I mentally shove it away. It’s just a bonus that I love Gardein and they are one of the sponsors! This recipe is an adaptation of my original Ginger Garlicked Tofu & Broccoli, but I have to say, I think I like it this way more! Send me good wishes that I win, because I would love to be featured in the Vegetarian Times and to have a little extra cha ching!
