Ginger Garlic Beef(less Tips) and Broccoli
3 tablespoons canola oil
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons minced ginger root
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 bag Gardein Home style Beefless Tips
2 heads of broccoli, cut into bite sized florets
- Heat the oil over medium low heat. Add the garlic and ginger and stir for one minute. Make sure not to burn the garlic.
- When the garlic and ginger are fragrant, add the soy sauce, the Gardein Beefless Tips, and the broccoli florets.
- Stir to ensure that the broccoli and tips get coated with the pan juices. Turn heat up to medium high, cover with a lid and stir occasionally for seven to 10 minutes.
- Dish is done with broccoli is easily pierced with a fork, but not mushy. Serve hot and squeeze lime juice over the dish upon serving.
