Ginger Garlic Beef(less Tips) and Broccoli

Ingredients

3 tablespoons canola oil
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons minced ginger root
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 bag Gardein Home style Beefless Tips
2 heads of broccoli, cut into bite sized florets
1 lime

Directions

  1. Heat the oil over medium low heat. Add the garlic and ginger and stir for one minute. Make sure not to burn the garlic.
  2. When the garlic and ginger are fragrant, add the soy sauce, the Gardein Beefless Tips, and the broccoli florets.
  3. Stir to ensure that the broccoli and tips get coated with the pan juices. Turn heat up to medium high, cover with a lid and stir occasionally for seven to 10 minutes.
  4. Dish is done with broccoli is easily pierced with a fork, but not mushy. Serve hot and squeeze lime juice over the dish upon serving.

This recipe is an adaptation of my original Ginger Garlicked Tofu & Broccoli, but I have to say, I think I like it this way more!
