Where have I been? Up to beyond my neck in work, which makes being on the computer at home in the evening that much less appealing, hence why I haven’t been blogging as regularly. Exercise has also moved up my priority list, with weekly yoga becoming a necessity. Bonus: I can now hold a plank for at least 30 seconds!
