Sometimes you go, and you go, and you really go, then your body decides it’s time to stop going so much that it takes you down and throws your battered self down with illness. My body decided it would be super fun to get allergies this week, without any sort of obvious trigger. So, in that spirit, I’ll be laying low this weekend watching Netflix and reading books, hopefully with some of my favorite comforting sicky foods, which are:

  • French Onion Soup (Jason’s Deli‘s vegetarian version is a big winner in my book)
  • Tomato soup (mm, with fresh basil from my herb garden)
  • Frozen grapes
  • Froyo
  • lots and lots of water
